RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR BAND TRIP

  1. No student shall be in the room with members of the opposite sex.

  2. The presence of drugs on or about a student is absolutely prohibited. If drugs are found to be used
      by any student, said student will be sent home immediately at the expense of the parents.

  3. Positively no drinking or smoking or entering bars during the trip. Any student who uses or is found to
      possess liquor on the trip will be sent home at the expense of the parents.

  4. Bag inspections may be held at any time by the chaperones.

  5. No student is to leave the motel at night unless accompanied by a chaperone.

  6. No student will be allowed to remain at the motel while the rest of the group is out unless one of the
      chaperones remains with them.

  7. No students are to leave their rooms after bed check in the evening.

  8. All students will abide by the advice and judgment of the adult chaperones.

  9. All school rules and punishments apply while on the trip.

  10. Any violation of the above rules will result in the parents being called and the student being sent home at the
        expense of the parents.

  The signature of the participating student, and their parent, at the bottom of this sheet constitutes agreement with, and   intention to abide by statements, policies and rules set forth in this letter. The signature of the parent is also necessary,   giving permission to go on the band trip.
