Weekly Emails This is probably one of the most effective communcation tools we use in the band department.  Each year, a request is put out for all band parent email addresses.  Those that submit their address receive a weekly band email that includes updated announcements, upcoming events, and even attachments such as itineraries, forms, etc. that have been sent with their students.  For those without email, the announcements are pasted onto the main webpage and can be viewed throughout each week.
